Very helpful reception lady, explained us everything personally, we are returning customers and for sure if in Granada again we will stay there, no prob with the keys, parking on the road next to the apt, safe area, apt clean, big, AC working, everything went very well, private entrance, swimming pool in operation, like on holiday:)

It is located just below the Alhambra so is not much of a walk to that key Granada attraction and that means there is a superb view over the city. The hotel is located in a Carmen building filled with mosaic tiles and is a beautifully renovated heritage site but with all the modern amenities to make it extremely comfortable, like air conditioning and a particularly lovely pool shaded by a lemon tree. The staff, particularly the manageress, were knowledgeable and helpful. The overall experience is of a 5 star boutique hotel. The location is in the atmospheric old Jewish quarter where there are lots of sidewalk cafes and water fountains.
