Positive aspects: Although a fantastic location ( hill top) with amazing views towards Alhambra. You have to go through a rough terrain (limestone pavement) that can be very slippery and give a difficult access for those with some reduced mobility. Either way, if you arrive by bus ,taxi or by foot, you’ll have to go through and still will need climbing a stiff hill to get to the property. You’ll find a very well kept and clean Cueva (cave) with all in place for you to be self sufficient. (Our only suggestion was to leave some sort of signing to where the cutlery is kept as it took a long time to find it). However, the Cueva is Spacious and very peculiar, it’s worth the experience! The surrounds are full of history, well kept, nice a quiet place, With only two restaurants showing some Flamenco shows but nothing else around). Dani’s hosting and support was perfect, helping us in every detail. Always there when we needed him. Always ready to help. A very kind man, calm, paciente and very friendly. He make any guests experience perfect.

Special place! Special host! Special everything! Be mindful, steep terrain has to be traversed to arrive at the property. Cueva is windowless, very dark and sometimes claustrophobic. But, it’s a part of the experience.

The property, described as a 'cave house' was unusual and full of character in terms of design, layout and furnishings. The photographs on the website represent the house accurately. The location, right opposite the Alhambra, was superb, with incredible views from the three terraces on the first floor. The house was very well equipped and comfortably furnished. Communication at all times with the owner/manager was excellent, which included a detailed video of how to drive to the closest point to the property, negotiating the narrow, winding streets of the area.

Analia the English speaking caring hostess is determined that you enjoy your stay in her beautiful well adorned eclectic home which has as good a view of the Alhambra as all the touristy lookouts. Analia takes interest to help those tourists choosing her abode. She even made a special trip to buy my on going coach ticket!

Staff were exceedingly hospitable, always ready to help, assist with queries in a very friendly way and generally went out of their way to make sure you had a great stay but in a family environment . Hotel clean and comfortable. Well located to do the tourist adventures of Granada and eating out.

Booked for one night. Then another 3. And another 3 after that. Immaculate caretaking. Nice common room adjacent to roof terrace, kitchen, and dining area. GREAT location. Very quiet area.

The hotel was easy to find and in a good location near the sites of Granada. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was very comfortable. The stay was excellent value for money.
