A beautiful property inside and out - the photos really don’t do it justice. Beautiful clean pool and very pretty gardens. Plenty of space to relax as a group or separately. Great WiFi and the Sonos system was a bonus. Equipped and decorated to a very high standard. Had the feel of a happy home rather than just a villa rental. Great communication with both the villa owner and local property managers.

We loved everything about our stay. The people are just wonderful. They take the time to talk to you personally. The room is beautiful. The beds are very comfortable. They have a secure and good parking space. You can only eat very good there. We enjoyed the breakfast options and dinner was great. Good shower also. A sure 10 for us!

It was unclear initially which door to use as there were 2. The instructions on Booking.com said enter code and turn deadbolt to the left, is was actually RIGHT. We had call the owner to let us in.

Alejandro ensured we had a pleasant stay and we're well looked after. The room including garden was spotless. Breakfast was served and even the bed was made including new towels. We highly recommend staying here.

I have stayed in Javea a dozen times and this suited us the best and was excellent value for money. Toni was very proactive in communicating with us to arrange getting into the apartment. This one bedroom apartment with sofa bed was a perfect size. It has a full kitchen with a washing machine. My child was comfortable on the sofa bed. We loved sitting out on the balcony, which has its own shade. In addition to the balcony there was also access to the rooftop terrace that had clothes lines. The location is also fantastic. The building is located on the pedestrian street a stone’s throw from the beach. We had no trouble finding on street parking. There is a lift that goes to the fourth floor. We just needed to carry our bags up one flight of stairs. The air conditioner worked well, keeping the place cool on some very warm days.
