Everything is new and very clean. The staff were welcoming. Room has high-quality fittings and furniturea great ensuite. Imanol and Patricia at reception were very helpful for my first time stay in Madrid. Easy access to metro. There is a good breakfast with a wide range of options. Mario and Jorge kept everything perfect in the dining area.

We got an upgrade and the room we stayed in was phenomenal. There was a huge spa bath, the room was clean and the staff were friendly. My only regret was that we didn't stay in Madrid for longer! I wasn't expecting to love the city as much as I did. We will come back to Madrid on our next visit and we will stay here again. Thank you!
