Great location if you want to be near train station and close to center. Stylish, great breakfast, great bathroom, wonderful spacious lobby. High quality which reflects in the price but totally makes sense. Just tayed on night unfortunatelty.

Great facility. The room was huge with a comfortable bed and amenities. Had a great stay to spend our anniversary time. The hotel was closer to the metro station and really good hotel staff. The room was clean with mini bar.

Very nice and friendly front desk staff. The room was not large but OK. The bed was comfy. Close to shopping center and supermarket.

Great location with small children, the Retiro Park is in front of the hotel. The family room is spacious and quiet, the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is awesome, they offer everything and there are gluten free, dairy free , even vegan options, although we eat everything I just could not miss to realize it. The staff is friendly and absolutely is willing to help when is needed. Next time in Madrid we will return here.

It’s a bit further away from the centre but public transport were available nearby. Hotel were clean and beautiful. The most important thing also the staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again when Im back to Madrid.
