Very welcoming and helpful staff. We got a new room on arrival upon request and had our luggage taken to the room. The room was comfy, great bed and pillows, nice shower, Rituals amenities. All very clean and spacious. Nice complete breakfast. We even got access to some Level VIP facility which was great and unexpected! The Quinta de los Molinos next to the hotel is such a beautiful park.

The property is close to the airport. It has easy access to the metro and bus services. A lot of grocery stores and bars and restaurants nearby. If you are travelling with kids, there is a small playground nearby and a bigger a block away. The property has it own stove, ref, and washing machine. It has its own air conditioning system. Modern, clean and comfortable, with great communication from the owner. Easy to get to the airport by bus as there is a frequent service during the day (No 77/88 to Canillejas, then no 200 to the airport). We had no problems at all during our stay.
