The hotel is centrally placed; in fact, it couldn't be more central. Very pleasant and helpful staff, and a comfortable room above one of the narrow streets on which the Bull Run takes place. Excellent breakfast, we really enjoyed our stay. The city of Pamplona is ideal for visiting the Bodega Otazu, a short drive from the city centre. I would like to return to visit both the city ad hotel on another occasion.

Brand new, exc location very close to the lift (with paid parking lots across the river), close to the encierro start. Bed was comfy, bathroom was very good, wifi good. Nice kitchen in the corridor, with coffee and tea provided. All together an excellent choice for a couple night's stay.

Guillermo, our host, made checking in and details for the use of amenities very easy and complete. He responded swiftly to all our questions thru out our stay. We were all very pleased with everything and would want to stay here again. It is perfectly located to give close access to all the features of the centro, without any disruptive noise from the street at any time of day or night.

Simply exceptional - a big apartment, with beautiful and thoughtful design, with everything you need. Very central with a lot of bars and restaurants nearby, we didn't get to see the encierra but this is the place - it has a balcony :) Even though it is a lively area during the day, all places on the street get closed around 11pm so it is quiet. Bedrooms are inner yard facing. Very little traffic on the street. Amazing hosts, very responsive to our needs, above and beyond - we had an emergency situation and they were very kind to help us.
