I love this hotel. The staff were very nice and friendly. The location is amazing since attractions are within walking distance and quite safe. The room and the entire hotel were beautifully decorated, clean, and very comforting.

From Staff to Location, everything was really good. They especially make you feel like you are home. You can ask anything to them and be sure they are gonna answer everything kindly.
Additionally, there is no sound problem as it was written by other reviewers. The pool is cold but not freezing cold for sure.

Great choice of hotel and everything was perfect. Extremely good location near the Catedral de Sevilla and Real Alcazar. All personnel was very friendly, interested & helpful. Nice breakfast served at the table. Also nice room (Double Room) and good shower. Would absolutely recommend!

The location was amazing. The architecture and interior design was fabulous. The air conditioning was so powerful and much needed in the high temperatures of Seville in August. The pool area was very relaxing with amazing views of the Cathedral. The staff were so friendly and helpful especially the cleaning staff . The lovely of gesture of leaving gifts in the room each day was such a nice touch. We also received a bottle of cava on arrival. Such a lovely stay.
