This hotel has a beautiful historic exterior that really stands out—people walking by would literally stop and admire it! The atmosphere is full of charm. The front desk staff were all super friendly and professional, making me feel very welcome. My room was incredibly spacious, with an amazing bathroom—and I was so happy to have a bathtub! Best of all, the view of Toledo from my window was absolutely unforgettable. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!P.S. When the elevator wasn’t working from the 3rd to the 2nd floor, one of the cleaning staff immediately helped carry my suitcase down the stairs. She was amazing—such great service!

Excellent communication previous to arrival. An easy walk to major attractions. The apartment was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. It also has an outdoor living area. The washing machine and dryer were a nice bonus.
