Clean and modern. Reception staff were friendly and efficient and spoke English. Well equipped kitchenette. Beds comfortable, shower very good. On-site laundry. There is a cafeteria but we didn't eat there. Close to buses. Bus transport in Valencia very cheap if you buy a reloadable card.

Easy check-in, quiet neighborhood. Very close to public transportation and supermarkets. Well connected area. A welcoming atmosphere and a nice and comfortable apartment. Even though we chose to reserve a room, it felt private and cozy.
