Very nice and spacious duplex apartment (big rooms, good beds, nicely decorated, modern bathroom, well equipped kitchen and nice living area) with nice and sunny terrace. Building is recently renovated and everything was new. A cute welcome basket was given when we arrived. Great location to discover Valencia (metro close by, but also easy to walk towards all the must sees in the old town). Many restaurants, bars and supermarkets on walking distance. Easy access via code instead of a key and Moontels staff is 24/7 available. Definitely recommend!

Parker The Urban Flats are located just outside Valencia’s old town. They are stylish apartments with modern décor, a flat-screen TV with international channels and free Wi-Fi.

wonderful place with a top location. extremely clean and beautiful interior. the beds were comfortable, the kitchen and bathroom were very good. the check in is clear and easy with private code.

Excellent small apartment with everything you need! The location was very good, near by the old center - 5min., near by the shops, restaurants and bars. Nearby the supermarket Mercadona, and very easy to move from the airport. The owner was very kind and communications with her was perfect! The appartment was clean, and even it was not large, it's full of everything for a short stay. I recommend definitely!

The apartment is very clean, nice and spacious. It has everything one needs for a comfortable stay - a nice terrace, everything for cooking, modern stove and fridge, good coffee machine prefilled for your stay and drinking water enough for 4-5 days. The studio is spotless, cozy, and very well equipped — air conditioning, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a washing machine with dryer function, etc. The location is excellent, with the Torres de Quart just one minute away. I loved the easy self check-in with a code, and the host was amazingly helpful. Would definitely come back!
