It is in the perfect location. Next to the central train station, in front of tram stop. Even though it liggers on a busy road, it was quiet in the room and there was no noise. The room was cozy, spacious and clean. The bed was big and comfortable and the bathroom so beautiful with a relaxing atmosphere. The brightness in the room and bathroom was adjustable. The staff were so kind. The breakfast delicious! I am definitely staying there again when I come back to Helsinki.

It is easy to contact the staff via whatsapp when we have queries. The whole 5th floor Bob W. Many rooms on the same floor but it is quiet. The underfloor heating in bathroom is good. All the facilities are easy to use. The cafe for having breakfast is just next to Bob W. Although it is simple breakfast, the quality and taste are good. It is just 5 minutes from Metro and 15 minutes to the pier for taking ferry to Soumenlinna. There is a big supermarket at the basement of Metro station. It opens till 10pm.

Centrally located. Beautiful hotel currently undergoing renovation but this doesn’t impact the overall services and enjoyment, no loud machines etc, just slightly hidden entrance and less than scenic outlook from some windows. Staff, cleanliness, rooms, food etc are all outstanding.

We recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Helsinki, and 5 days have gone pass that quick. It's located right next to the main train station. The location couldn't be more convenient, as it was less than a minute walk to the station. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. The food at the hotel was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel itself was very clean and had a nice ambience, making it a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Perfect location if you want to be in the centre of Helsinki close to the trainstation. Wonderful breakfast and love that it is on the top floor and you have a view over the city. The room was comfortable and staff was excellent.
