Hip vibe. Location is great. It was quiet, even with trams passing non-stop. Maybe it's worth a shot asking the guys at the reception for a room upgrade (for a small fee). I know I was offered one via Booking private message prior to my arriving at the hotel,, but I didn't check the app, so I missed it. Maybe next time.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful, specially thanks to Maria and Riku who extended their help!! My husband and I were very grateful as we were in a foreign country and airline lost our baggage and Maria and Riku called them to double confirm the location. The location is great too. The property is fantastic. It looks like a heritage building. Location is absolutely perfect. Walk to train station, Bus is right outside the door.

Location is fantastic, nice and quiet, amazing views, cosy atmosphere, safe and above all else, the staff!! They are incredible, I cannot thank each and everyone enough. I contacted the hotel a bit before my stay to ensure what I was booking had the view I like, with a balcony room. Whilst understanding it’s based on availability, I was looked after and taken care of. Staff make or break a business, and the staff definitely made this my favourite trip to Finland (I’ve been 7 times before). I want somewhere that felt like home, somewhere comfortable and somewhere I can always return to and I finally found my go to hotel. I will be back!! Thank you to every staff member who corresponded and looked after my stay, I’m forever grateful!
