Very comfortable and warm place for a cold day in Helsinki. There's a kitchen available to you and the shower is quite nice. It is a shared accommodation with a washing machine and dryer available to use upon request. The location is right next to the tram line to get to the main port.

Everything was excellent: the host was very friendly and allowed late check-in at night, rooms were clean, a lot of staff at the kitchen and for bedroom (additional pillows and etc). Good grocery store opposite the building.

I booked this accomodation for one night stay during my vacation in Helsinki. After I picked up the keys from the location they told me, I was not giving any instructions from the lady who gave me the key. For example: you will have to open a gate with the access Aon the street, your building is located on the left side, etc...just like other accommodations normally provide all details while you book.
My husband and I spent 2 hours trying to open the gate that gives access from the street, without any lucky. Our cell phones were not operating in Finland, so we had to ask the pizza place next door to make a phone call to the emergency phone number the accommodation provide, and after 30 minutes trying to call, none of our calls went through.
Then we had two very kind locals helping us to open the gate without any lucky again as the key we were giving was not opening the main gate. Finally a lady who lives on the same building conformed that the keys and password were giving Toni's we're not for that building access.
My husband and I had to find a last minute accommodation at around 10 PM, after spending over 2 hours trying to get access to the property we had booked, and after have to ask many people and businesses to help us and standing outside on a very low temperature weather with all our luggages. It was the worse experience I ever had booking a property.
Next morning we drive to the office to return the key and very upset, trying to explain to the same lady what had happened, and she confirmed she didn't answer her phone because it was on an airplane mode while she drives.
It means, they gave us the wrong key to the property that was about 10 minutes driving, they do not offer phone support up to 9 pm as they claim, and they said they would reimburse my stay but have never reimbursed me.

What did I like? Everything!
Location! It is literally built on top of the metro station, only 2 stops from the central rail station and an easy walk to the main sights..
Layout! This is well thought out! Amazing lobby/ kitchen area.check in is simple enough that this boomer could figure it out.
Security. You cannot use the elevator without your room key card and you can only go to your floor.
Free baggage storage! We had a 6 pm flight. We were welcome to use the lobby even after check out.
The room was simple, clean and comfortable.
Price. I booked it because it was the cheapest hotel anywhere close to downtown.
Staff were always available and friendly.
