Beautiful decorated and furnished apartment. In the apartment there is everything you may need, even for the little ones, which is a rare finding. It was Christmas time, it was lovely to have a Christmas tree there too, the kids loved it! It made us feel at home straight away. We easily found off street parking, we had to pay after a certain time. The host wasn’t at the property but answered quickly to our messages, overall a great experience.

The facility was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The food prices were fair. The highlight was the exceptionally hospitable, friendly and professional staff. Had a very satisfying stay. The location is not good due and also to locate it at a rainy night was near impossible due to not visible signage. But the staff, especially at the front desk , Morgan was brilliant. So was Simon at the bar / restaurant who’s was very professional , friendly and nice.. overall the experience was very fulfilling.

Stayed here for two nights on 22nd May. What a great hotel! Immaculately clean room and a great location - exclusive and quiet but not too far from the city centre - and the best part being a short walk to Marché des Capucins (market) for breakfast!
But the real gem of this hotel is a certain staff name Yanis.
Yanis personifies the superb service standard and personality of this hotel. Such a joy to converse with, Yanis knows everything about Bordeaux and his recommendations are spot on.
If you need anything, just ask Yanis (he is better than Alexa/Siri)
And get Yanis to pour you a tall cold house brew - very good and you will enjoy your conversation with Yanis. Cheers Yanis!

As Hilton is known for, everything is perfect, including the conditions, staff service, restaurant food, and private underground parking. The hotel fee is not cheap, but I am satisfied with the quality compared to the price. It is close to the city center and a quiet place to pass by, and there is a large supermarket and food court right across from the hotel, which is convenient. If I have the chance to go again, I will stay again. Hilton is always the right choice.
