The staff treated us really good when we were experiencing the vandalism on my car. They comforted my mum and dog, and provided the support as many as they can. I am really appreciated for their hospitality. Probably I will never visited Lyon again, but I highly recommend this hotel. Again, it is 100% 5 star rating hotel!

Everything was perfect! The apartment is very well equipped, with all the kitchen utensils you might need, as well as an oven, fridge, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is modern and equipped with shower gel and hairdryer. The area is very quiet and the apartment itself is really silent. It is also very conveniently located, just a short walk from Laennec metro station, and there is a small supermarket only a couple of minutes away on foot. Overall, a highly recommended place to stay in Lyon!

Apartment clean and very close to the metro (roughly a 5min walk) that took you to Bellecour. Small, but perfect for a long weekend away. Communication from host was superb. Taxi from main train station only €17.
