Breakfast can be ordered until 17:00 the day before (French, savoury or vegan for 13 Euro each) and is delivered at 7:30 outside your room. Free coffee, tea, cocoa and purified water in the communal kitchen/living room area all day (10:00-midnight). Room has a functional kitchenette with capsule coffee maker, microwave, sink & big fridge. The Marshall bluetooth speaker in the room is nice, as we could play our own music. We didn't miss the TV, and are not even sure if the communal "living room" on the ground floor has one. It has a record player and other things (like books and games) which give a slight feeling of "90s retro", yet it's very tastefully decorated. The communal courtyard terrace with lemon & orange trees is very nice for a quiet break. The location is in a quiet side street between the hip Cours Julien bar and party area and the narrow streets of Noailles with their many African and Arab shops and restaurants. It's not far to the Vieux Port and the main shoping streets and in the neighbourhood you can also find supermarkets and late shops. Olivier the manager was super nice and he insisted on helping us carry our bags inside. He was always busy but extremely friendly and always happy to help.

Fantastic stay! Safe, central location with secure on-site parking. Staff were incredibly friendly and professional. Loved the stylish design and cool details kids enjoyed the arcade games, table tennis and foosball table. Rooftop terrace is a hidden gem! Excellent food and drinks in both the bar and restaurant. Highly recommended!

Great location. We visited for an event at The Velodrme, which is a genuine 30 minute walk. The surrounding area is vibrant & worthy of exploration.

Lovely little flat equipped with everything you might need. Beautifully decorated. Exceptional hostess who even came back whilst we were out to drop us off some breakfast for the next morning. Great area fab views, cathedral next door is amazing. Very steep hill, good set of knees required!

The apartment is very nice, very tidy, very cozy and has everything you need. It is located in a quiet area as it is not on the main road. Easy check in due to the self-checkin procedure and easy-to-follow instructions. Great kitchen, great bathroom, great rooms! The host is very friendly and replies fast and to everything. It’s in a great location, a walking distance from the Old Port and other areas worth visiting. The apartment is very spacious, there is a nice living room, dining area and kitchen (well-equipped), three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and one toilet. The apartment’s design is also very nice and not exaggerated. Contact with Mr. Paul via Booking has been great before and during our stay. Overall highly recommended place to stay in Marseille!
