Excellent location and everything was very clean. The street has bars and a top-rated restaurant right below the apartment. Local guides recommend this street, and it’s also close to the main attractions such as the Monument to the Fallen, the Cathedral, the Japanese Garden, and more. I would 100% recommend it — everything was clean, new, and fully equipped. Yes, the stairs are narrow and there are containers at the entrance, but this is very common in any building in France. Quiet atmosphere — even though it’s a popular street, you couldn’t hear anything inside.
In the Centre Ville district of Nantes, close to Castle of the Dukes of Brittany, Joli studio cozy, balcon, Cité des Congrès, Gare Sud has a terrace, free WiFi and a washing machine.

Great studio, renovated and perfectly equiped for a short 2-3 nights stay like ours.

The apartment was beautiful, immaculately clean, location was superb. Great communication from our hosts who even though we arrived much later than scheduled, due to traffic, made sure we had access to the apartment. Struggling to fault the stay.

The main man at reception was great and always nice an helpful. It was a great stay after 3 weeks of cycling and staying in a tent. Optional breakfast was fantastic, and showers were hot!
