Good area, close to bus and tram and train stations, making it easy to get arround Nice and surrounding area. Very peaceful Hotel, Lovely courtyard garden to have coffee, breakfast or dinner. Hotel owner manager exceptionally helpful and all areas of the hotel spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed. Definately highly recommend this Hotel.

We booked last minute in July 2025 for a family of 7. The apartment was spotlessly clean and slept 7 of us easily. Location is great, just 5 mins walk from the beach and with shops and a great patisserie even closer. Cheaper for us than even the most basic of available hotels. We were just sorry we couldn't stay longer. Host was brilliant and answered all our questions quickly and was very flexible despite the last minute booking.

The interior design is for a hotel of this category and the small size of the rooms is exceptional. I really liked the design and because of that I felt very comfortable in the room! To the terminal 1 I could walk in 18 Minutes, perfect! I would definitely come back.

Close to the airport (comfortable for an early flight), the tram station to the center of Nice nearby, cozy, comfortable and rather spacious room (there was enough space for four people), home style interior, easy and fast check-inn.

We had a clean, nice room that was quiet thanks to fantastic sound insulation. The location is super close to the train station, making Nice, Cannes, and Monaco easily accessible. The breakfast offered a good variety of choice, which we really appreciated. The staff were very friendly and did an excellent job throughout our entire stay.
