I absolutely loved this hotel! It was my first time in Nice to attend a concert nearby and I enjoyed so much, the bed was so comfy, the breakfast was amazing and the staff is beyond kind and welcoming. Would definitely come back!

Wonderful apartment! The location is perfect — just a few minutes’ walk to the Promenade des Anglais beach and close to the airport. Along the seafront there are plenty of restaurants where you can enjoy delicious food. The hosts have thought of every detail — the apartment has everything you need. Clean, cozy, and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The hosts are very welcoming and always available. I will definitely come back again!

We had a wonderful stay at La Prom 2 in Nice! This two-bedroom apartment with its breathtaking sea views made for an unforgettable vacation. Located just steps from Plage du Carras, the beachfront position couldn't be more ideal. The apartment itself is beautifully appointed, featuring a comfortable living room where we relaxed each evening, and a fully equipped kitchen that made dining in a breeze. The convenience of a dishwasher and a microwave added to our seamless stay.
The highlight for us was the balcony, which offered stunning views of the Mediterranean - perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a sunset dinner in the outdoor dining area. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with fresh towels and bed linen readily available. The air conditioning was a welcome relief after sunny days on the beach, which is just a stone's throw away.
With free WiFi and a flat-screen TV, our entertainment needs were fully met, making it a cozy retreat after our beach adventures. I couldn't recommend La Prom 2 more highly - it truly felt like a home away from home!

Everything was great. The apartment was fully equipped and clean, with a beautiful view. Susanne is very hospitable and helpful, and I would gladly go there again. My warm recommendation to everyone who wants to truly experience the Riviera.

We booked last minute in July 2025 for a family of 7. The apartment was spotlessly clean and slept 7 of us easily. Location is great, just 5 mins walk from the beach and with shops and a great patisserie even closer. Cheaper for us than even the most basic of available hotels. We were just sorry we couldn't stay longer. Host was brilliant and answered all our questions quickly and was very flexible despite the last minute booking.

My wife and I stayed here with our 3yo and loved it. The apartment was nice and clean, and the air conditioning works 👌. Really convinient location close to the airport, and a supermarket around the corner. We really liked the closest beach which was cleaner and less busy than the beaches closer to the center (and also has beach volleyball and a sand section). Only a 15-20 minute tram or bus ride to the center. Great spot if you're looking for somewhere a bit quieter.
The host was very friendly, communicative, and thorough. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent and quiet location, 5 min walk to the beach and just opposite the English promenade. Bud stop is just near the house. very clean! Amazing support of the host in every step, and great recommendation for entertainments and restaurants. All you need you’ll find in the Appartments. I recommend and will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa in Nice! The location is perfect—close to the beach, the promenade, and supermarkets. We especially enjoyed visiting the beach at the Radisson Blu hotel, which was beautiful and had a delicious restaurant.
The villa itself has 6 bedrooms, though we only used 3. The rooms are not big but very clean and comfortable. What really made our stay exceptional was the host—he was extremely polite, responsive, and well-organized. Everything was handled smoothly, and he was always available if needed.
We highly recommend both the villa and the host—great experience overall!
