Very central in old town. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Liked having tea from the coffee tea station. Plenty of towels and a extra blanket. Held the luggage for us after check out so we could roam around for the day.

Staff Julien is super helpful to make my stay perfect. Amazing hospitality shall be provided for your stay too. Room is clean, spacious and functional. I was impressed that courtecy sweets amenity was set in room. Definately recommend the apartment hotel.

This property makes such clever use of space to provide for all your needs within a modern, bright and clean apartment. Someone has put a lot of thought and effort into creating this apartment, and it shows.
It is situated right in the middle of old Nice, surrounded by some lovely restaurants, and only 5 minutes walk from the beach, the fabulous flower market and the tram stop.
It’s half an hour by tram to the airport, so no car needed for your holiday, and a short train journey will take you to Monaco & Menton too.
We visited as a family of three and our 15 year old, who is 6’2” had plenty of space in the mezzanine bed. It gave him a separate area to sleep unlike the bed settees offered in many other apartments.
We found the beds really comfortable, the equipment level fantastic, and this little gem of an apartment was a perfect short stay base for our holiday in Nice!
Would love to stay again.

This was the most beautiful accommodation!!! The natural light was so nice, and the decoration was very cute! The location was perfect, right in the middle of the old town, everything was in a walking distance. The host was very sweet and helpful in accommodating us and helping us around. It was also very clean!
