I loved everything about this place. Cosy, clean, attention to details, everything made with love. Coffee / tea / water in the fridge and even a bottle of wine! Everything was perfect. The host was very attentive and answered all my questions quickly and even helped me to check in an hour earlier at no extra cost.

The apartment has a nice location, just near the Castle hill, in 10 minutes walk to the beach and the beginning of the English Promenade. The Old Town is in 10 minutes walk as well. It's a quiet street, with a small trafic. The apartment contains all the things which you need for comfartable staying - equiped kitchen, iron, comfortable beds, shampoo, shower gel - as if you were at home. And the pearl of it is a rooftop terrace, we loved it. The bathroom is very (I mean very) small, but it was enough for us. I definitely recommend this place

I highly recommend this apartment. The apartment has been beautifully renovated. The location is prime. Right at the old port. View on the water in the morning is stunning! Just a few minutes walk to the Promenade des Anglais. Communication with Mathias was perfect! He was very flexible with check in and check out since our flights were very late in and out of Nice. He and his wife welcomed us at midnight to explain and show everything.

When we got to the property someone was waiting for us. She showed us which keys are for each door. Then we went inside the flat it was very specious and clean and the balcony view was wow. It’s was easy to get to the property by car and by walking. You have local restaurants 10 min walk very close to nice port. Everything was perfect.

Location is perfect, just off the port, very close to the tram station, conveniently located for the airport. Everything is in easy reach, the old town, the Castle hill, promenade, town Square. Shops just around the corner. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed was comfortable, with enough duvet and pillows. We had a nice time there. The Host was very kind, helpful and very responsive when I had a question.

Room with sea view, perhaps the best views in Nice. Tadaj Pogacar had lunch on the terrace with Matt Stevens here. Classic French hotel. Good breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. Free parking a bonus.
