Loved our stay here. Arrived at 10pm, but we were still able to enjoy a light dinner and drink in the hotel bar. The location is excellent, room size and comfort exceeded our expectations. Friendly, helpful staff, thank you to Marlon for the delicious cocktails. Thank you !

Thought-out, nicely equipped apartment. Testy breakfast in the yard (annoying pigeons but staff kept them away from guests). Luggage lockers in the foyer with a shower guests can use even after checking out. A receptionist is not on-site but they replied very quickly to my messages when I had a question.

Very well set up, the amenities, the coffee, the cooking area and even the bathroom had everything we needed and more. Corine was lovely to us and gave us a great tour of Nice from her list of pamphlets with some good tips. Overall a very comfortable stay, very close to everything local which made us feel like we lived there. Also close to 4.8 rated boulangeries which I highly recommend to visit!

The apartment has a nice location, just near the Castle hill, in 10 minutes walk to the beach and the beginning of the English Promenade. The Old Town is in 10 minutes walk as well. It's a quiet street, with a small trafic. The apartment contains all the things which you need for comfartable staying - equiped kitchen, iron, comfortable beds, shampoo, shower gel - as if you were at home. And the pearl of it is a rooftop terrace, we loved it. The bathroom is very (I mean very) small, but it was enough for us. I definitely recommend this place

The place is great. Located right next to a bus stop, a very nice bakery and 300m to bars and restaurants. The appartment is small but very cosy. The bed was super confortable and the fan was perfect! Also, we appreciated the possibility to cook. It was very quiet at night. The first necessities were provided such as toilet paper, towels, tea and coffee. We enjoyed the place!

I highly recommend this apartment. The apartment has been beautifully renovated. The location is prime. Right at the old port. View on the water in the morning is stunning! Just a few minutes walk to the Promenade des Anglais. Communication with Mathias was perfect! He was very flexible with check in and check out since our flights were very late in and out of Nice. He and his wife welcomed us at midnight to explain and show everything.

Location is perfect, just off the port, very close to the tram station, conveniently located for the airport. Everything is in easy reach, the old town, the Castle hill, promenade, town Square. Shops just around the corner. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed was comfortable, with enough duvet and pillows. We had a nice time there. The Host was very kind, helpful and very responsive when I had a question.
