Location was excellent. Close to the metro and walking distance to lots of the places of interest. Lots of great restaurants, bars and cafes on your doorstep. Very good breakfast. The room was not very big but was very well appointed and and comfortable, the bathroom and shower were very good. All the staff were extremely kind and helpful. The reception, kitchen and cleaners were excellent. We had a problem on arrival with one of the rooms and they went to great lengths to sort it out for us immediately even though we arrived late in the evening. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you .

The location is amazing and safe. The staff is top-notch. It’s such a nice touch that there are free snacks and really delicious coffee—this is truly valuable. There are also lovely little extras like face masks and plenty of other additions to make your stay comfortable. And oh, the view from the window… chef’s kiss!

Nice little hotel with comfy rooms and good buffet breakfast. Staff speaks good English and is very helpful. Sergio at the reception even remembered our room number and was welcoming us with a big smile every time we returned. We had a quiet room on the 4th floor, which had a big comfortable bed and the room was cleaned every day. Although the room was on the smaller side, it had enough space for storing our luggage. It also had a closet for clothes and a safe for valuables. All in all, we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
