I loved the staff, everyone was very helpful and polite! The cleaners kindly adjusted to our busy working schedule, which I really appreciated. The location is very good, two metro stations are close and the area around the hotel was very walkable and lovely: numerous bakeries, lovely shops, close to the Eiffel Tower.

The hotel is very well located and within a 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. The rooms are a little small, but do the job very well. They have working air conditioning (which is not true for other places!), and the bathroom was huge and clean. They had small amenities that made a big difference like providing with an ironing board to the door, having bathroom slippers in the bathroom and lots of towels. The staff is super courteous. Hamza in particular was amazing. He looked after me even after I moved out and gave me to place to work in the lobby, provide coffee and was a great conversationalist. Will look forward to returning here.

Breakfast has something for everybody. Coffee is excellent! Best of all: high quality art on the wall and really consistent decoration down to the lamps and small furniture. Staff is super helpful and has this relaxed „happy to have you here“-vibe!

Great experience of good old fashioned hotel in Paris for very moderate price (Personal note in a room, candies, conversation with stuff). Location is also great - close to many touristic attractions and metro, but also quiet.

Breakfast one of the best in Paris for "french standards".

Our stay was overall very pleasant. The apartment was warm and comfortable, the location was good, and the host was kind and easy to communicate with. Check-in went smoothly and we had everything we needed in the kitchen, which was very convenient.
The only point that could be improved is the cleanliness. It would be helpful if the host paid more attention to the cleaning company they use, as a more thorough cleaning would make the experience even better. We did not lower our rating because of this, but it is something that should be improved so it does not overshadow the other excellent services offered.
