The location is great, in the heart of the pedestrian mall, close to the Capitole building / Charles de Gaulle square.
Quiet and secure, at rear of a secure building tucked in behind shops.
It is a compact apartment but doesn't feel cramped, with the loft style creating a decent-sized living / kitchen space on the lower level.
Nothing is lacking, we were very comfortable there - would happily stay again.

Great little apartment, bigger than we expected. Has everything you need, we cooked a couple of nights very easily. Perfect location, couldn't be more central but very quiet, tucked away in a little courtyard. Lovely comfy bed too!

The location was incredible. Any direction you choose from here will lead to wonderful adventures.
Everything worked as expected, and the neighbouring suites were extremely quiet. The host responded to inquiries.
Nightlife was audible in the area. We were there on a Friday and Saturday night, so that is a factor, but it didn't damage our stay. The area felt quite safe, including at night.
There are stairs to climb, of course, you're on the top floor, but they are completely sturdy and safe.
We enjoyed the property. It had everything we needed, plus the convenience of a very nice clothes washing machine.

This is one of the best places I have ever stayed. The apartment was very quiet at night, well located, well equipped, and modern. The window had automated doors which could close and open with buttons. The apartment also had a nice view to see Saint Sermin.
