What a pleasant surprise as soon as you walk in the door! William is a kind and helpful host. The first floor unit (up one set of stairs), in his home, is well designed with a private WC and shower. There is a kitchenette with a cooktop, microwave and mini-fridge. The breakfast was awesome - it's all in the unit for you to help yourself when you want. Fresh fruit juice, homemade jams, honey and yogurt. The bread toasted, delicious. The place is very clean and was quiet for our stay. Room for bicycles in their family space. Walking distance to main centre for restaurants.

My family had a lovely stay at this gem of a guesthouse. Unique place, tastefully and beautifully decorated. Rooms are very nice and comfortable, the pool garden is pleasant and well kept. Run with much care and attention to detail by Guy, a most gracious host. Highly recommended!

Fabulous property and host! The studio has everything you need for a self catering stay, the area is lovely and only a five minute walk from a bus stop to town and only a half hour walk to the town center! The owner was very helpful and accommodating. Overall 10/10 no complaints!

Cocoon describes the sleeping quaters ,a mezzanine floor with a comfortabe bed and pillows.Athough only June Toulouse is very warm in the summer ,cooling fans provided helped . i didnt think to see if airconditioning was an option .The facilities all functioned well,shower was great.Security excellant. I found plenty of bars ,cafes and restaurants nearby .A pleasant walk, soon has you in the center.

Aesthetic and green, large floor-to-ceiling windows with a view of a secluded part of the park, visible from the whole studio, including the bed, with an unexpected sense of privacy, albeit the host had his office in the same building, with the same view. The large-ish private part of the park was inviting and calming, and a great bonus with the shy turtle, cats, ashtrays and everything.
