Property is so clean and fresh it has everything and so up-to date with gadgets and decor is amazing! For security reasons he has up to date modern camera outside door which is good! And host is so hands on gave me a full walk around apartment and showed me where we can park securely!

I have never been to Birmingham before and was recommended to stay at The Grand - wow, what an amazing place!! So beautiful and quiet and clean, the staff were excellent and I had the BEST night's sleep. Those beds are fantastic.

Excellent location, 5 min walk from train station. Apartment is spotlessly clean, very modern and has everything you could possibly need to have a very comfortable stay. Host is contactable at all times if you need anything. The ideal central accommodation in Birmingham for a work trip. This would be great too for any families visiting the city too. We had been travelling for a while, so we were very happy to have laundry facilities. However, more importantly the unit is extremely handy to everything. On-site secure parking was great. There was a good range of kitchen amenities supplied. The owner answered our questions promptly and was just a phone call away when we needed to ask a question.
