Excellent location. Within walking distance from New Street Station, restaurants and shops (The Bullring and St Martin’s markets). Basic room but had everything you need. Bed was comfy and linen lovely. Nice thick towels in the bathroom. Staff were very helpful.

I have never been to Birmingham before and was recommended to stay at The Grand - wow, what an amazing place!! So beautiful and quiet and clean, the staff were excellent and I had the BEST night's sleep. Those beds are fantastic.

Excellent location, 5 min walk from train station. Apartment is spotlessly clean, very modern and has everything you could possibly need to have a very comfortable stay. Host is contactable at all times if you need anything. The ideal central accommodation in Birmingham for a work trip. This would be great too for any families visiting the city too.
