I've stayed at The Charm a few times when visiting Brighton and have always had a great experience. Every member of staff is lovely and it's always warm and welcoming. It's very clean and the bed linen is really cosy, as well as brilliant shower pressure.. I can't remember his name but a special shout out to the Polish guy who checked us in - he was great.

This was such a unique place where the staff/owners clearly made it their passion project. The rooms were gorgeous and decorated with the all the details in mind. The bed was comfy and the breakfast through their sister restaurant was excellent.

Beds so comfy & clean, big room with high quality equipment and provided almost everything that you have in your home i.e. smart coffee machine, small sewing set. Michael and Paul are so lovely they always help to support you by anyway they can even though it’s such a trolley for removing all kid’s stuffs from School closed to stay@27. The location made our family life more easy just walk 200m during School Graduation time.
