Location excellent near train station and easy walking distance to all the shops and places of interest in Bristol. Staff were fantastic Anna on reception very welcoming and helpful as were all reception staff. Ash and all staff in bar and restaurant were excellent too so helpful and friendly great selection of food for breakfast

The location was great and I could explore the area by taking a walk. The room was nice (tea, coffee, milk and sugar provided with kettle). If you have any special requirement for the breakfast, they take care of it. Otherwise an English breakfast was served with self-serving option.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the facilities pleasant. I made a mistake with my booking and stay, but all the staff were incredibly understanding and helpful. The Lido is a great place to stay and explore Bristol.
