The hotel was excellent and the staff very efficient and obliging. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was amazing. The food was very good. It was a short walk into the centre and there were car parks nearby. On the whole it was a very enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay there again.

It's a lovely and beautiful apartment with great location! Laura is very nice and helpful, check-in is easy with her clear and helpful information send to me in advance. One of great thing is there is a car park (APEX Cuppin Street Park) could arrive in 1 min by walk, easy to load luggage. 7~8 mins walk to Chester Cathedral and town center. My wife and I love the apartment and we will re-book it once we back to Chester.

George is a great owner and cook. The breakfast was superb and the complimentary snacks were good quality. The location is close to the old buildings and river. We got a parking permit for spot in front of the building.

Pretty much everything: the top-hatted doormen were always cheerful, friendly and informative. The quality of the food in the Brasserie restaurant was excellent. Our room was indeed quiet and was kept spotless by the housekeeping staff.
