The kindness and availability of the hosts, the area is quiet and well served by public transport (only a few minutes walk from the bus and tram stops, as well as the bus and train stations), and about twenty minutes' walk from the historic center of Edinburgh, the breakfast is awesome!

Self Check-in and Check-out were well instructed. I could leave my suitcase at a very nice shop only a few blocks away and I didn't even have to pay. The room was comfortable and very nicely decorated. I would surely stay there again.
