This room was fantastic and the host was both kind and accommodating. The room and bathroom were spotless and the bed one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in. All necessities were there - USB plugs, hair drier, bath robe. Extra heater in case one runs cold. Great value.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel during my honeymoon. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our experience special. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a nicer room, which added a lovely touch to our celebration. Additionally, the hotel was kind enough to store our luggage after check-out, allowing us to explore the city without any worries. We liked everything about the property. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Jamie and Claire attended us. The room and the view was awesome. They could work out on a bit of more lighting in the room. Rest everything was perfect. Location was perfect with bus No 26 & 31 coming just at the door of the hotel. So no worries of going out to city. I would strongly recommend the property.

Great location, easy to get to from airport or to city centre. Immaculate clean, nice and warm and comfortable space- feeling like home. Great price too! Amazing host who was willing to help even when arriving late at night and WiFi was fast and reliable.

This was perfect for where we needed to be which was close to the murrayfield stadium. The flat is so nice and comfortable and the pictures on the site do not so it justice. Its so much nicer. Free parking too and haymaket station is also 15mins walk which is a 5mins trip on the train. Definitely recommend this property for a stay

I would put 11 out of 10, I could! It was a dream-like stay. Fantastic expirience! My husband had a birthday, so the host kindly decorated the room for us and gifted a birthday card (with a wonderful view of Edinburgh, so we definetly will hang it on the wall in our house). The rooms are very comfy, and the breakfast was delicious!
