- Excellent host. Vladimir, the owner, is really kind, generous, and very helpful. He kindly gave me an upgrade (better room) free of charge, helped me with my suitcase, and gave me all information I needed to get around the neighbourhood. - The house is amazingly clean. Better than hotels! - The garden is just beautiful. - Everything was close by, including grocery stores. - The internet was really fast. - The bed was really comfy.

Oakwood is family-run, 25 minutes to central London by train and just over 5 minutes' drive to Heathrow Airport.

I'm a tourist from Belgium. I came to this hotel and it was the best hotel. Everything was available, the prices were reasonable, it was clean, and everything was excellent and very good. Every year when I come to Britain, I will rent this place because it is truly wonderful, and I wish the hotel owner even more success.

Lovely staff, everyone was super kind and friendly. Freshly cooked breakfast was a real treat. A particularly kind young gentleman served us during our visit, didn’t get his name but he was lovely.
