He kindly gave me an upgrade (better room) free of charge, helped me with my suitcase, and gave me all information I needed to get around the neighbourhood. - The house is amazingly clean. The Swan Hotel is magnificent. The rooms are cozy, well-decorated, and clean. Every day we had cookies, coffee, pods, and tea. The rooms overlooking the river are wonderful. Great breakfast, both continental and English. We dined at the restaurant and stayed the pub – everything was excellent: the food, the beer, the service and the atmosphere. The staff was very kind, professional, and helpful.
