An amazing property that resembles an old world class, home away from home, decor. Perfectly and conveniently located (especially for nearby Kingston University). Take a short bus ride or walk into town. Best location ever! All the staff were so warm and welcoming but hands down, Karen was exceptionally lovely. She took the time to tell me about buses, nearby facilities, etc. A true gem!

Hotel has free parking (first come first serve). Rooms were clean and decent. Free coffe and tea in your room. 5 minute walk to tube station (Elizabeth line) which takes you to city centre in about 20 minutes. The breakfast is EXCELLENT. Apart from a small buffet, you get an breakfast menu wich affers 5 or 6 different choices. I definitely recommend the Full English!

We absolutely love the hotel. The room is clean and spacious, the bed is super comfortable, the shower works perfectly, the staffs are friendly and helpful, and the hotel is very generous in providing us with complimentary beer, chocolates, milk, coffee and teabags of good quality in the room, and not forgetting the hearty breakfast! The hotel restaurant/ pub has a nice outdoor space where we can hang out and have a drink until 10pm in the summer. And there is a 24hr McDonald's just next door if we need late night supper.

The Swan Hotel is magnificent. The rooms are cozy, well-decorated, and clean. Every day we had cookies, coffee, pods, and tea. The rooms overlooking the river are wonderful. Great breakfast, both continental and English. We dined at the restaurant and stayed the pub – everything was excellent: the food, the beer, the service and the atmosphere.
