The gentleman that greeted us at the house was both friendly and helpful, the check in and check out process was fast and efficient, the location was perfect for us as we are both in to aviation, the room was very clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and overall the stay was brilliant as well as the price we paid,i will definitely stay at this property again.

I really liked the location — it’s conveniently close to the airport and easily accessible to shopping centers, grocery stores, and transportation services, whether public or through their private car options. What I appreciated the most was how clean and tidy the room and bathroom were — everything was well-arranged and spotless. Many good things.... Free parking, very close to train and bus stations, halal food available very close... Many options, outstanding complimentary Bfast, size of room... U will not get this in UK in this price.... Very nice staff, on top of everything they upgraded my room to deluxe. I will definitely book this hotel whenever visit London.

Paul the Manager and his team were outstanding hosts. The rooms were comfortable. The food was very good and consistent. The wine list was good, with a good selection of beers. The rooms also had a view of the River which was a bonus.
