The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, and we were very happy with the facilities. The location was super convenient, and we could walk everywhere with ease. We took the bus from Manchester airport and the bus terminal is located very close to the hotel. The hotel also stored our luggage for a few hours before we left for our flight.
