Fantastic apartment in a great location (yet quiet). Well appointed kitchen and comfortable dining / living room. Very comfortable beds. Great shower. Toilet location is a bit tight...but it all works :). Host met us and walked us through the apartment....and even had some goodies (Welsh cakes and a few snacks) awaiting us in the apartment - very nice touch and much appreciated. Host is on site should you need anything. Would definitely recommend it.

We had a fantastic stay. The rooms and the whole hotel are newly renovated. Our room was clean, bright with new furniture and a a brand new bathroom as well with a great shower!
The bar was nice and the breakfast was one of the best i had in wales.
The staff was super friendly as well.
I would definitely book again. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely room 108 with the stairs coming down to the bathroom, very unique and fun!
The room was nice and clean, very warm!
There was tea and coffee in the room, and the breakfast was amazing! Not just a generic buffet but a proper breakfast! Coming from a different country I was stoked to have experienced some traditional food for breakfast at the hotel. Everyone was very nice to us, and I loved that the house has a history to it.
WiFi was good and fast 😀
I was looking forward to having a bath, and if you're like me, please note that not all rooms have them, and booking doesn't recognise it. Luckily, we got help immediately 😁

Fabulous location - everything on the doorstep and no need for a car. John and Melissa are friendly and helpful hosts and go above and beyond to help their guests make the most of their stay in beautiful Conwy. Love the fun, quirky and unique style of the home - there are surprises everywhere and the home has a lovely welcoming and homely vibe. The extra small room was an unexpected bonus and the extra space made it feel like an apartment. Breakfast in a basket is generous and tasty - would love this option in more places. It was.just the most wonderful 2 days and we would love to return one day.

This is our first visit to the UK. We stayed at the Erskine Arms for 3 days. We could not have chosen a nicer venue.
The room in the Chapel was excellent, and the breakfasts at the Erskine Arms was the best way to start every day.
