It had plates, saucepans, baking trays, fridge. There are two bedrooms - one of which the bed easily slept 3 people, there was a single bed in the 2nd room and a pull out sofa in the living room. The flat looked just like the pictures and the host was very nice and solved any issues. The property was booked last minute (3pm) as a previous booking had cancelled and the host ensured I was kept up to date and I was allowed in by 5pm.

The hotel is extremely close to the arena and that was so convenient. The staff was nice and helpful, super clear with their explanations. Everything was perfectly clean, neat and exactly how I expected it to be. I would surely come back.

The location was perfect. Just a few minutes to the train station. There were direction arrows all the way from the station pointing you to the property. The room had everything especially for those who like to prepare their own meals. There were food spots all around so one had many choices. The staff were very polite and helpful, very smooth checkin and checkout.

Just 10 minutes’ walk from the O2 Arena, The Pilot Inn offers beautiful, boutique bedrooms. Full English breakfasts are provided, along with free Wi-Fi access and a traditional pub restaurant.

A charming, old-style pub and hotel nestled among modern buildings, just a 10-minute walk from North Greenwich underground station. The room is a bit small, but perfectly adequate for a couple. The daily cleaning and tidying are exceptional (kudos to the housekeeping staff). The continental breakfast offers a wide variety of options and is quite generous, while you can order traditional English dishes à la carte. In the evening, the pub is open (though the kitchen isn't available every day), and you can enjoy beers from their own brewery.

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this wonderful property. From the moment we arrived, the host was amazing — attentive, caring, thoughtful, and genuinely committed to making sure our family had everything we needed. His communication was always quick, polite, and extremely helpful. We felt very well looked after throughout the entire stay. The property itself is fantastic — spacious, clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. The location is also perfect: close to transport links, shops, restaurants, and even a Tesco right next door. The convenience really made our trip so much easier. Overall, we had a great time as a family, felt safe, happy, and cared for, and we are extremely thankful to the host for his kindness.
