I liked the privacy and the room/bathroom were very clean . Instructions given were very clear and the self laundry service was easy to manage. Location is central with the nearest underground station 3 minutes away (Russell Square).Easy access to transport, groceries and restaurants. The kitchenette facilities were very helpful.

Perfect location for a concert in the O2 Forum! Very kind and helpful staff, with a much appreciated free drink when we arrived 😊 warm and cosy room with bathroom floor heating and very comfortable beds. Easy check in and check out process. So happy with our stay!

This is a lovely hotel with excellent quality mattress, furnishings, and linen. Great location. Welcoming staff (I was checked in by Clara who is a model of professionalism, efficiency, and warmth), delicious food and good service in the casual bar area. I would definitely stay here again.

Great historic old property in a good location close to transport and many iconic London locations that many travellers will want to visit including Lord’s Cricket Ground and Abbey Road studious. The rooms are a goos size and are well appointed including good bathrooms and storage space. The Pub Mel’s are excellent.
