The location was great, very convenient to walk to Soho or Covent Garden. Our check-in process was pain-free and made so delightful by the day manager who went out of her way to make us feel welcome and point out all the facilities we might require without us asking. The breakfast is also lavish and I would recommend it for anyone who has some time to spare in the morning for a good meal. Our room was so comfortable and clean, it was a joy to return to every night. Loved the chocolates and snacks provided in the room as well.
