Our stay was absolutely delightful! While you won’t find expansive lobbies or grand restaurant spaces here, the charm lies in the cozy, home-like atmosphere and the warm professionalism of the staff. We genuinely wished we had more time to simply relax and savor the inviting cups of coffee or the delicious afternoon hot chocolate. Unfortunately, London’s sights were calling, but we’re already planning to indulge more on our next visit. Highly recommended!

First of all I have to mention that the room was very (very) clean. We were surprised by quality of services as - very quick communication regarding heater, locking the door and other simple requests. Everything in the room was in perfect working condition. Location of the apartment is really great plus. If you like to enjoy small walk (it is just max 15 min. from to St. Paul Cathedral), you will love it. In case you prefer tube, Farringdon station is just 5 min. walk, so you can get to Heathrow or Stansted easily (Elisabeth Line). Surrounding is safe with a lot of opportunities to drink, eat and shop.

We stayed in the Cosy Double room and it was just like in the photos - very cosy, beautifully designed amd everything was very clean! All of the staff are very friendly and helpful, it was a grrat stay overall, would definitely come back! Great breakfast, but could have more options.

the room was very comfortable. there was a mini fridge, tea, a coffee machine, and all necessary toiletries and a hair dryer. we were welcomed by hannah who was so lovely and amazing to deal with. fresh cookies were delivered to us shortly after we arrived. our bags were taken to our rooms and we could explore the area until check in, which was an hour earlier than stated! the bed was comfortable. the air con in the room was a life saver, kept us lovely a cool. overall, i could not recommend the bull & last more. we will definitely stay again if ever back in the area.

This is superb boutique style living . Nicely situated in a quieter street with some beautiful coffee shops and restaurants just metres away and the Warren Street Underground just around the corner giving you easy access into the West End , etc. Awesome pub and restaurant and great rooms. All the staff were brilliant . Bogdan and Dallis spared no effort to make my stay exceptional . Thank you The Grafton Arms. 👌
