The hotel seems to be after a recent renovation. Design is modern and not stuffy. The room is fairly big and there's a small kitchenette with a range, a microwave, a kettle and a small refrigerator. Staff is nice and accommodating. Location was surprisingly good. Chiswick is a very nice neighborhood with plenty of stores, cafes and restaurants, steps away from the hotel. Turnham green station is a few minutes walk from the hotel. There is a laundry room (8GBP for full wash&dry cycle). The gym is nice (2 peloton bikes, which requires an account, some weights and a bench). We asked for a quiet room and got a room on the courtyard level (-1), meaning below ground level. The window was facing a concrete wall 2 feet away, so no view, but very quiet and we were fine with the tradeoff.

The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Nice view from the windows towards the neighbourhood. Comfortable bed. Coffee maker with capsules in the room. Breakfast was nice. Room was quiet. Location was very good with an underground station few minutes away and a night bus stop just in front of the hotel. Staff friendly.
