Like they say, God is in the details...and details is where ME scores very well. Add to that the culture of personalised professionalism and you have a truly beautiful hotel experience. From the warm folks at the reception and the hot breakfast spread, to the cool vibe of the design-driven property and the cold sparkling water on tap - this was a stay packed with little surprises. And yes, the complimentary goodies in the room certainly added to the pampering quotient. The ME stay was an integral part of our beautiful London holiday. Room was huge, and so well equipped. Gorgeous touches like the different lighting settings, the electric blinds. The design of everything is so considered. Bathroom was great. Bed was so so comfy. Staff were all lovely. Enjoyed the pool and steam/sauna. Restaurant was good too. The perfect hotel!

The breakfast was just perfect. We could choose from many options, all fresh and tasty. On the next day we were asked if we keep the same list for the next breakfast or if we want to change anything. The breakfast room is very nice and cosy. The service from Dita is just perfect. She really cares that everybody feels good.

The flat is beautiful, and it was very comfortable. The staff were very nice and attentive at all times. We had a great time and I would definitely come back. The location is quite good. And there is a supermarket at the door.
