Fantastic location, very handy to transport, able to get to locations throughout London very easily. Quite roomy, 2 bathrooms were handy (pity one bathroom wasn't also a shower). Susan was very helpful. Would recommend for any stay in London.

We really liked the friendly and helpful staff, the clean room, and the clean facilities. The underground station is only a few minutes walk away and a bus stop just at the hotel doorstep.

My husband booked a room at the Star Hotel for our trip to London. We travelled to celebrate my birthday. Star Hotel is close to the Hammersmith Station, and there are various pubs, shops and places to eat. Hammersmith Station has 4 underground lines: Picadilly, district, circle and Hammersmith and city. Very easy to visit London. Just 10-15 minutes walk tonShepherd's Bush Market. The staff is very respectful and professional. Highlights to Claudinei and Lilian. We highly recommend anyone to book a room at the Star Hotel.

We stayed in different accommodations in Hammersmith before, but this has been the most comfortable stay so far. Personnel was really lovely, offered useful tips and was helpful with every request. The room was beautiful, had a good size and was also pleasantly quiet, even though it was facing the street.
