location to Olympia was perfect for us and also to the train - staff were wonderful and super helpful and full of energy - the breakfast was excellent and compliments to the chef and kitchen team.

Fantastic location, very handy to transport, able to get to locations throughout London very easily. Quite roomy, 2 bathrooms were handy (pity one bathroom wasn't also a shower). Susan was very helpful. Would recommend for any stay in London.

Extremely friendly staff. This was our first time in London and the location was perfect, just a 2 minute walk from the train. The room was clean, comfy and spacious.

My husband booked a room at the Star Hotel for our trip to London. We travelled to celebrate my birthday. Star Hotel is close to the Hammersmith Station, and there are various pubs, shops and places to eat. Hammersmith Station has 4 underground lines: Picadilly, district, circle and Hammersmith and city. Very easy to visit London. Just 10-15 minutes walk tonShepherd's Bush Market. The staff is very respectful and professional. Highlights to Claudinei and Lilian. We highly recommend anyone to book a room at the Star Hotel.
