I was booked in marriot marable arch the room was very filthy so after check Inn at marriot marable arch I cancel my booking and last minute I book through booking. Com Royal Lancaster so when I checked Inn I told the to front desk manager my experience with Marriott marable arch he was so courteous he give free vouchers and I stay 4 nights and through out my stay the front desk manager Elgin was very coaprative to front desk manager I give 5 star

Fabulous hotel that we love staying at when in London - staff always make a fuss of welcoming us back, service is impeccable and very personal. Anuar in the breakfast room is particularly fun, helpful and always chatty. We absolutely love the Dorchester and can’t wait to return!

This property was perfect for us! The location is amazing and the facilities were great!! We shopped at Harrods and ate at home both nights and it was such a dream.
