Our stay was great - we were looking for somewhere we could make work with a 1 year old and a 3 year old and while I’m sure the screaming in the lobby wasn’t too fun for the staff during check in/out, they treated us graciously and got us set up in our room. The room was fantastic, great size and VERY clean. This is especially important for us with the kids because the youngest is just learning to walk so most of her time is spent rolling around on the floor. Please keep up the high standards of cleanliness, it really sets you apart from others and will definitely result in us returning. The location was great, super easy access to the tube and some amazing nearby restaurants. Thanks!
